The Fuel EX 9.8 XT is a versatile and adaptable carbon MTB built to tackle any trail, at any time. Its OCLV Mountain Carbon frame pairs with a Fox Factory suspension package (145 mm rear, 150 mm front) to deliver traction and stability in the rough. A mechanical Shimano XT 12-speed drivetrain gives you clean, reliable shifting and 4-piston XT M8200 brakes provide excellent modulation and stop-on-a-penny power.
Size Small Wheel Size: Small size runs mixed wheel sizes - specs are exactly the same, just with a 27.5 rear wheel.
Adjustable leverage rate: Want more bottom-out resistance without giving up small-bump sensitivity? Flip the chip in the lower shock mount for a more progressive leverage rate.
Zero stack integrated headset: With a ZS standard headset, you've got loads of options for aftermarket upgrades, including angle adjust or anodised colours.
Storage and accessory mounts: Stash ride essentials with in-frame storage on all Fuel models – both carbon and alloy. Plus, top tube accessory mounts let you load up even more.
